Are you a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse looking to make a real impact in a fast-paced, dynamic environment? We're seeking a dedicated RN to join our Emergency Department team and provide exceptional care to our patients during the night shift (7 PM - 7:30 AM, 36 hours per week, with an every-other-weekend and holiday rotation).

What You'll Do:
Provide Top-Notch Patient Care: Assess the physical, mental, and psychological status of patients of all ages, using your expert clinical judgment.
Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team: Work closely with doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
Educate and Empower Patients and Families: Provide essential patient and family education to promote healing and well-being.
Continuously Learn and Grow: Participate in educational programs to enhance your technical skills and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in nursing.
Deliver Compassionate Care: Provide compassionate and empathetic care that reflects the philosophy, purpose, and policies of our hospital and department.
What You'll Bring:
Current Massachusetts RN license.
Proven Emergency Department nursing experience (required).
Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
Demonstrated clinical competency in assessment skills.
Ability to perform effectively under pressure and in stressful situations.
Strong leadership skills and a demonstrated ability to solve problems effectively.
Excellent organizational skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
What's Even Better (Preferred):
Experience and/or certification in critical care, including cardiac drips, conscious sedation, or other critical care activities.
TNCC, CEN, or Defibrillation certifications.
Experience as a Paramedic or EMT.
