Accounts Receivable Specialist – Contract-to-Hire | Beachwood, OH | Up to $20/hr

LHH is hiring an  Accounts Receivable Specialist for a  contract-to-hire opportunity near  Beachwood, Ohio , offering  up to $20 per hour . Position Overview:

We’re partnering with a leading company in the Beachwood area to find a motivated and dependable Accounts Receivable Specialist. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking for long-term career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately process and manage incoming payments
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies
• Generate and distribute invoices and account statements
• Communicate with clients regarding outstanding balances
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial reporting

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in accounts receivable or general accounting
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP)
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
