Job Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist

Location: Cleveland, OH

Pay Rate: $25 to 27/hour

Job Type: Temporary-to-Hire (4 Months)

Overview:

Join a dynamic finance team as an Accounts Receivable Specialist in Cleveland! This is a fantastic opportunity for detail-oriented professionals looking to grow their career in accounting. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payments

  • Process incoming payments and reconcile accounts

  • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies

  • Generate and distribute invoices and account statements

  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues

  • Maintain accurate records of all accounts receivable transactions

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in accounts receivable or general accounting

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP)

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
