Key Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payments
Process incoming payments and reconcile accounts
Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies
Generate and distribute invoices and account statements
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues
Maintain accurate records of all accounts receivable transactions
Qualifications:
Proven experience in accounts receivable or general accounting
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
