• Follow up with business clients on outstanding invoices in a friendly, professional way
• Investigate and resolve billing issues (credits, misapplied payments, etc.)
• Track collection activity in QuickBooks using to-dos and notes
• Complete assigned tasks on schedule
• Report on accounts needing extra attention or showing patterns
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve A/R-related questions
• Provide dependable backup for various administrative tasks
• Answer incoming calls as part of our 4-person support team (operator, service, and admin calls)
• Pitch in with general office support as needed were a small team, and we help each other out

• Knowledge of A/R processes and basic accounting principles
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel
• Experience with multi-line phone systems
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Great communicator written and verbal
• Problem-solver with sound decision-making skills
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
• Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible and open to change
• Must live within commuting distance of Lancaster, PA

• Experience in B2B collections or a related role
• Familiarity with QuickBooks Desktop or similar accounting software
