Assistant Project Manager – Commercial Construction

This is a great opportunity to work alongside an experienced team and get hands-on exposure to all aspects of project delivery—preconstruction, scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and client communication.

What You’ll Do:

• Support the Project Manager in day-to-day project execution, from design through closeout
• Help manage construction schedules, budgets, and subcontractor performance
• Coordinate RFIs, submittals, and documentation using construction management software
• Attend job site meetings and interface with clients, architects, and engineers
• Assist with change orders, procurement, and project reporting
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–5 years of experience in commercial construction (GC or CM experience strongly preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Familiarity with Procore or similar project management software
• Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and take on increasing responsibility over time
