We are looking for part time & Full Time Employees Required Skills - Must be at least 21 years old to comply with legal requirements. - Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in retail or hospitality. - Strong knowledge of cannabis products, strains, and consumption methods. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. - Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash management. - A positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping others. Desired Skills - Familiarity with point-of-sale Dutchie. (POS) systems and inventory management. - Previous experience as a Budtender or in the cannabis industry. - Knowledge of local and state cannabis regulations and compliance. - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. - A commitment to continuous learning about cannabis and its benefits.
