This full-time, entry-level role offers hands-on training, one-on-one mentorship, and real-world experience working alongside respected nonprofit partners and leading ethical brands —no prior experience required!

💼 Key Responsibilities

In this dynamic, face-to-face role, you’ll gain firsthand experience in client development, outreach strategy, and market expansion.

You will:

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing sales, outreach, and promotional marketing campaigns

• Build relationships with potential clients, donors, and community members through direct engagement

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and support strategic growth initiatives

• Help prepare and deliver client proposals, presentations, and campaign reports

• Represent the company and its nonprofit/brand partners at live events, local activations, and community programs

• Work collaboratively with team members to meet and exceed performance goals
