Global IT company located in downtown Manhattan is seeking Call Center Helpdesk Reps for Immediate interviews. Office is located close to the World Trade Center.

Description:
- Providing telephone technical support such as password resets and basic trouble shooting,
- Providing professional and courteous customer service to call callers
- Will be providing support to callers including answer questions or assisting with tech support
- Accurately entering data into a Call Center system
- Maintain login to the Call Center System to answer incoming calls

Requirements:
- 1-2 years of call center experience
- 1-2 years of technical support in a call center environment
- Ability to navigate between different systems for tools and resources
- Strong ethic with great attendance
- Flexibility to work different shifts including nights and weekends

Interviews will be scheduled immediately for qualified applicants. Currently hiring to fill 70 call center seats for a seasonal project.
