This role involves working closely with families facing various challenges, including financial difficulties, housing instability, health concerns, and more. The Coordinated Family Support Coordinator will serve as a liaison between families and relevant community resources, ensuring they receive the assistance and guidance required to overcome obstacles and improve their overall well-being.

As a CFS Coordinator, you will perform various coordination and administrative tasks, including answering emails, scheduling appointments and meetings. For this role, a strong Internet connection is required, along with experience using communication tools like MS Teams, MS Outlook, & Click Up.

Ultimately, you should be able to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision.

Monday - Friday 9am-5:30pm

5 days in the office and field!
Candidate must agree to drive long distances. Mileage reimbursement is provided.

Requirements:

  • Associate/Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, human services, or a related field.
  • Fingerprint clearance, tb test clearance, CPR & first aid, valid ID, & Social Security card.
  • Proven experience working with families from diverse backgrounds, including those facing socio-economic challenges, substance abuse, domestic violence, or mental health issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build trusting relationships with families and community partners.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach when working with individuals and families in crisis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and case management software.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards governing social service delivery.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for home visits and community outreach.

· Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services and VOIP

· Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Outlook Calendar)

· Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills

· Willing to learn client-based software and task management cloud based software (e.g. ClickUp)

· Resourceful

· Excellent time management skills
