🧸 Key Responsibilities
As a Jovie caregiver, you’ll:

• Engage children through games, crafts, and age-appropriate activities
• Prepare light, healthy meals and snacks
• Ensure a clean, safe, and organized environment
• Support daily care needs such as diapering, dressing, and hygiene routines
• Assist with homework and educational tasks (where applicable)
• Maintain open, professional communication with parents
• Monitor children’s safety and respond to minor first-aid needs if necessary

👶 Who We’re Looking For
Ideal candidates will have:

• At least 1 year of childcare experience , including babysitting, nannying, daycare, church nurseries, or similar settings
• Comfort working with various age groups:
  • Newborns (0–5 months)
  • Infants (6–12 months)
  • Toddlers (1–2 years)
  • Preschoolers (3–4 years)
  • School-Age Kids (5–12 years)
  • Teens (13–17 years)
• CPR and First Aid certification—or willingness to complete (we’ll help!)
• Dependable, communicative, and nurturing personality
• Ability to follow family guidelines and adapt to different home environments
• Bonus: Experience working with children with special needs or diverse abilities
• Bonus: Bilingual or multilingual (Spanish, ASL, etc.)
