Your Role as a Childcare Teacher:
  • Foster Growth & Development : Support children's social, emotional, and cognitive skills through fun and engaging activities.
  • Lesson Planning : Implement creative and educational lesson plans aligned with our curriculum.
  • Progress Monitoring : Track each child's developmental milestones.
  • Personalized Attention : Provide individual care that meets the unique needs of each child.
  • Engage in Special Activities : Lead exciting projects and experiences that inspire learning.
  • Ensure Safety : Maintain a safe, nurturing environment where children can explore and grow confidently.
  • Collaborate with Parents : Build strong partnerships by communicating regularly with parents about their child's progress.

What You Bring to the Team:
  • Experience : At least two years of experience working with children (including babysitting or nannying).
  • Education & Expertise : Familiarity with early childhood best practices and a love for fostering development.
  • Leadership in Activities : Comfortable leading both educational and playful activities.
  • Positive Behavior Management : Skilled in maintaining a respectful and encouraging environment.
  • Strong Communication : Excellent interpersonal skills to engage children, parents, and staff.
  • Certified in First Aid & CPR : If not, we provide training to ensure you're prepared.
  • Commitment to Licensing Standards : Able to meet all requirements, including physical exams, TB tests, and necessary clearances.
