Criminal Defense Attorney — Join Arizona’s Top Criminal Defense Team

DM Cantor is hiring a full-time Criminal Defense Attorney to handle a variety of felony and misdemeanor cases. Whether you come from a background as a private practitioner, public defender, or prosecutor — or you're an out-of-state litigator with trial chops — we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Receive:
Starting Compensation: From $175,000/year — or more, depending on experience
Bonus Structure: Average $12,000/year bonus + 20% of fees from personal referrals
Benefits include:
- 30 paid days off annually: 10 holidays, 15 vacation days, and 5 personal/sick days
- Loyalty vacation program: Earn one additional day each year (for five years), and milestone bonuses on major anniversaries
- Medical Insurance: Firm covers 50% of the base plan your first year, and 100% thereafter

What We’re Looking For:
- Arizona criminal law experience preferred (but not required)
- Licensed attorney with courtroom readiness
- Strong jury trial, oral advocacy, and legal writing skills
- High level of preparation, professionalism, and resilience
- No remote work – this is an in-office, litigation-first role
- Cover letter required with resume submission
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $175,000/year + bonuses and referral compensation
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
