100% onsite, M-F 8a to 5p
Salary range is up to 160k
Open to relocation candidates
Must be US Citizen or Green Card Holder
Duties (summary)
Manage both Design and Estimation Teams
Train Designers and Estimators
Manage with aim to efficiency and production timelines
Work with software providers
Cross functional liason with Logistics and Sales Department
Step in to complete department tasks (including Design and Estimation projects)
Major Requirements:
5 yrs minimum of Truss design expeirence + 2 yrs of Design Management experience
Must be proficient in MiTek
