Who We Are Looking For

As our Designer II in AP Design Excellence Digital Design, you will leverage modern and emerging digital platforms and technologies, to define and reimagine the future of digital product creation capabilities and workflow from a design perspective.

You will utilize your exceptional design skills to create original digital, physical, and immersive concepts that accurately reflect Nike's design philosophy and set industry standards. Through ongoing research and the integration of the latest tech capabilities, you will swiftly anticipate and identify emerging digital trends to innovate and advance Nike's product concept designs and digital strategies.

Strong communication skills are essential, including expert listening, collaborative problem-solving, and deep emotional intelligence.

What You Will Work On

You will bring digital and physical concepts to life by strategizing, creating, and driving the future of sport through digital innovation. This involves continuously exploring, piloting, and scaling future digital technologies to disrupt and redefine traditional product creation models. You will inspire new ways of thinking and develop revolutionary digital, physical, and immersive projects for both internal and external audiences. This role requires a deep understanding of emerging technologies and the ability to integrate them seamlessly into our product development process. Your work will be instrumental in shaping the future of sports and how we engage with athletes and consumers alike.

Who You Will Work With

You will report to the Design Director AP Digital Design and collaborate closely with partners and stakeholders across the business, including Design, PM, GLAM, Merch, Dev, NXT, Business, and CPBM.

What You Bring

- Bachelor's Degree in Apparel Design and a minimum of 4+ years of prior design work experience (or 2 additional years of relevant design experience in lieu of a degree)

- Proficiency in design skills such as drawing/sketching, ideation, digital product creation, immersive, and visual presentation

- Exceptional collaboration skills and the ability to support and scale complex digital creation workflows for all Nike Design Dimensions

- Experience in creating inspiration/concept presentations and mood boards to convey design intent

- Expertise in digital tools such as CLO, Blender, 3D Modeling, Animation, GenAi, Unreal, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, and Premiere

- Strong knowledge of 3D pattern making, draping, materials, trims, garment fit, garment construction, and manufacturing

- An innovative mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, tight timeline environment

- High motivation and passion for continuous improvement and learning

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in the local market language, including meeting facilitation and presentations
