ROLE SUMMARY:

As the DIRECTOR, DIGITAL ANHEUSER-BUSCH , you will own the strategy and execution of digital and social content across all corporate organic and digital media campaigns. You will lead communication with agency partners and internal brand leads, create social posts and activations across various channels, lead content creation, and manage media partner relationships to ensure timely delivery. You should leverage appropriate channels and moments to drive engagement and meet brand goals. The role requires excellent cross-functional collaboration, strategic and creative support for ecommerce, website, email, data, and doer teams, along with industry knowledge and communication skills.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Leading: Organic Social: Develop content calendar, oversee social photo-shoots, manage social campaign plans, reporting, paid support, follower strategies Social Earned: Briefing, execution, creative development, reporting, and real-time social moments Company Websites and Newsroom: Manage content updates, product launches, earned campaign pages Passionate Communication: Demonstrate creativity and innovation in communication approaches Real-Time Storytelling: Leverage cultural moments to boost relevance and engagement, translating business goals into positive narratives Commercial Mindset: Connect messaging with consumer empathy, aligning communication strategies with business objectives to drive engagement and sales Oversight: CM Management Data team

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelors degree required 6-8+ years experience in digital marketing or strategy, in-house or agency Strong knowledge of digital platforms, media evaluation, and brand health tracking Experience with organic social and earned media campaigns Ability to leverage social channels like Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn Understanding of brand messaging and content leadership Excellent communication skills Experience with large CPG companies or political campaigns is helpful Experience in rapid response digital environments is advantageous Up-to-date with digital/social trends Ability to lead significant projects quickly within a flat organization
