Headquartered in St. George, Utah, SkyWest's industry-leading workforce and excellent leadership team have consistently generated solid operational and economic performance, setting the standard for excellence in the regional industry.** **SkyWest employees enjoy a distinctive and unmatched culture of teamwork, respect, quality and professionalism, along with world-class benefits such as 401(k) match, Performance Rewards, health care, retirement and discounted travel worldwide.** **Primary Job Duties** + Scan drug and alcohol records (CCF, ATF & MRO) using high-speed scanners. + Organize and label digital files accurately according to established naming conventions. + Ensure scanned documents are legible, complete, and free of scanning errors. + Perform quality checks on scanned documents to verify accuracy and integrity. + Upload digital files to the company's document management system. + Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive documentation. + Assist with filing, retrieval, or disposal of physical records as needed. + Collaborate with drug and alcohol and records teams to resolve any discrepancies. + Follow FAA/DOT and company guidelines for document retention and handling. + Understand timeframes for documents to be held per FAA regulations (49 CFR part 120). + Other tasks as assigned. **Minimum Requirements** + Must be at least 18 years of age + High school graduate or GED + Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Internet, Outlook, Crew Trac, UltiPro) + Maintain a positive working relationship with internal and external stakeholders + Present information, both written and orally, clearly, and accurately + Strong project and time management skills + Strong organizational skills + Airline industry experience preferred + Working knowledge of DOT/FAA testing regulation experience highly preferred **Physical and Other Requirements** + Must possess valid driver license + Office setting: Sitting at a computer for extended periods of time. + This job posting may have an additional video interview requirement.
