Currently, we are looking to add to our Production team. We are seeking an Electronics Assembler who can follow instructions, reading BOMs (bill of materials) to assemble electronic products. The successful candidate will be able to work well with their hands and smaller tools, be creative, have an innovative approach to his or her work, and will never shy away from offering frank observations and recommendations. We are looking for a highly organized, methodical individual with the experience in electronics assembly.

Background check and drug testing is required.
We are located near John Wayne Airport in Irvine.

• Prepares work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and parts lists; gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials.
• Positions parts and subassemblies by using templates or reading measurements.
• Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit; fastening parts and subassemblies.
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Conserves resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.
• Documents actions by completing production and quality forms.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

For this position, the production area is in/near the warehouse of the office building.
Physical activity expectations for the position include:
- repetitive hand motions (such as on small electrical components, using screw drivers, etc.).
- continuous sitting, standing, listening.
- often walking, bending/stooping, balancing, lifting up to 30 lbs.
- seldom climbing stairs, kneeling, squatting, reaching overhead, pulling/pushing, lifting up to/over 50 lbs.

Skills and Qualifications:
Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under immediate supervision. Reports to a supervisor.
