Tax Preparer – Enrolled Agent/CTEC/CPA

Location: Santa Rosa, CA (Onsite)
Type: Full-time | Year-Round (Full-time during tax season, part-time remainder of year)
Salary: $95,000 – $110,000 annually

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare individual and small business tax returns
• Engage directly with clients to ensure accuracy and satisfaction
• Work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced office environment
• Maintain client confidentiality and uphold compliance standards

Must-Haves:

• Active CTEC, EA, or CPA certification (required)
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant financial/tax office experience
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Computer proficiency – comfort with MS Office and general tech use

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience using tax preparation software (Drake highly preferred)
• Previous experience in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
• 5+ years of tax preparation experience
