As an Event Planner at Berkadia, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our local marketing strategy and orchestrating dynamic events that showcase our company and brand. Dive into a fast-paced, creative environment where your expertise will lead the charge in planning and executing impactful events, from industry conferences to client gatherings. We Innovate to shape the future of CRE, so in this role you will: Leads the planning and coordination of local and regional events, including but not limited to internal training, client events, tradeshows, industry conferences, and webinars Liaise with vendors, exhibitors, and stakeholders during the event planning process for all event types. Manages and maintains events department files, including the event roster, and communicates regular updates to broader Berkadia audience. Supports the Event Managers in the end-to-end planning of National Events Oversee the management and implementation of Berkadia's Corporate Partnerships Oversees event related communications, including the management of the Events Inbox Oversees the management and inventory of the Company Store and Events Store Ability to travel up to 20% of the time domestically as needed We are passionate about your growth, so to achieve success in this role you should have: Excels in fast-paced environment and rises to the occasion, maintaining calm under pressure and stressful situations. Demonstrate professionalism in interactions with internal and external clients, as well as vendors, ensuring clear communication. Maintain a high level of organization and creativity, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and pay close attention to detail in all aspects of event planning and execution.
