A leading consulting firm located in Downtown, Houston, TX is seeking an experienced CLevel Executive Assistant to join their team. This is an excellent direct hire opportunity with a great work culture along with competitive compensation and benefits. Starting compensation $80,000 - $100,000 depending on experience. This position is 100% onsite.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 10 years administrative experience with 5 years directly supporting CLevel
  • Experience with Board of Directors

Responsibilities:

  • Maintains an active calendar of appointments, arranges meetings, and prepares materials prior to meetings.
  • Manages logistics of board meetings and fields general queries from board members.
  • Receives and screens phone calls, emails, mail and visitors.
  • Complex travel arrangements with detailed itineraries, handling unforeseen changes efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintains confidential files, including competitive and strategic planning information, as well as sensitive financial data.
  • Plans, coordinates, and executes the complex logistical support for high-profile, multiday events including negotiating venue contracts.
  • Conducts research, prepares correspondence, expense reports and produces various reports from financial and/or operating systems as needed.
  • Develops internal and external presentations and briefs.
  • Special projects and other duties as assigned.
