Earth Resources Corporation is looking for a hardworking, experienced commercial concrete finisher to join our team. We are looking for someone who prides themselves on having integrity with the work they produce. If you have heart, determination, and integrity, we want you to apply to be part of the ERC team.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with the concrete crew on/around concrete forms.
• Work with buckets, wheelbarrows, and a truck to place concrete.
• Finish concrete using trowels, brooms, screeds, and brushes to meet vertical and horizontal tolerances.
• Use hard trowels, bull floats, and other devices to meet the finish specs.
• Patchwork may be required.
• Form Setting curbs, gutters, sidewalks, catch basins, valley gutters, ADA ramps, and box culverts.
• High standards/Quality Control

Skills & Qualifications

• Three to five years of experience as a concrete finisher
• Experience checking grades/elevations before and during pour to ensure quality and accuracy are met.
• Ability to run a vibrator and/or work the pump hose.
• Hardworking individual with a positive attitude and excellent work ethic.
• Curb and gutter

• Stamped / colored / exposed aggregates

Requirements

• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• Effective communication skills, including speaking, listening, and following oral & written instructions.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work
• Strong work ethic and physical ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Physical ability to stand and perform repetitive work that includes bending, pushing, pulling, twisting, kneeling, sitting, and squatting for eight or more hours a day.
• Ability to work in adverse weather conditions, including cold temperatures and heat above 100 degrees
• The willingness to work overtime as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 50 per week
