Position Details

• Shift: Day
• Hours per Week: 40
• Salary Range: $259,200 - $323,900 annually, variable by experience and position

Key Responsibilities

• Board certified or eligible in Family Medicine, with completion of an ACGME-accredited residency
• Evaluate, assess, plan, and manage patient care
• Take call shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Coordinate coverage when absent, and assist colleagues as needed
• Refer patients appropriately to specialists or primary care
• Supervise nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and staff, promoting coordinated team-based care
• Engage in performance improvement and quality assurance initiatives
• Participate in educational programs and hospital committees
• Supervise and evaluate non-professional staff
• Maintain effective communication with providers and facilities
