Mission & About Us Hale Kipa provides opportunities and environments that strengthen and encourage youth, their families and communities to actualize their potential and social responsibility. Learn more about Hale Kipa's . Role Overview The primary purpose of this position is to manage and maintain a hydroponic farming system, ensuring its safe, efficient, and productive operation. This role also includes the development and implementation of a limited-scale aina and aquaponic farming practices. The position supports sustainable agriculture efforts through hands-on system oversight, basic infrastructure upkeep, and innovation in alternative food production methods.
