With a 55 year reputation for excellence and a passion for exceptional experience we are seeking an additional experienced Finance Manager. This position is responsible for delivering an exceptional experience while presenting value added products to our guests. As an integral part of our sales process, the Finance Manager plays a key role in guiding guests through the financial process, offering tailored solutions and ultimately driving the success and profitability of our dealership. Responsibilities: -Drive revenue growth and profitability by effectively managing finance deals, negotiating terms and maximizing product penetration.
-Advise guests on the various finance and insurance products including loans, vehicle service contracts and maintenance plans ensuring transparency and clarity throughout the process.
-Build strong, lasting relationships with guests, fostering trust and loyalty through open communication and exceptional service.
-Ensure compliance with applicable laws and collaborate effectively with the other tem members.

Job Requirement:Qualifications: -At least one year as a Finance Manager in a dealership setting with a successful track record.
-Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experience and driving measurable results.
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work efficiently.
-Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
-Strong understanding of finance and insurance products.
