Finance Manager

• $45 – 58 per hour
• Consulting, possibly consult-to-hire

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager consultant to oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial strategy. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and strategic leader looking to drive financial performance in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Oversee financial modeling and financial reporting
• Support month-end and quarter-end financial processes
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and internal controls
• Support leadership with financial insights and recommendations
• Lead process improvements and cost optimization initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field (MBA, CPA, or CFP preferred)
• 5-7+ years of financial analysis experience preferred
• Strong financial acumen and strategic planning skills
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive financial performance
• Ability to lead variance analysis and reporting for key stakeholders
• Advanced in Excel and financial ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, QuickBooks, etc.)
• Experience with financial software (Power BI, Tableau, Hyperion, Anaplan, Adaptive, etc.)

• the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
