Finance Manager

$120,000 -$140,000 base salary (depending on experience)

East Valley, AZ (hybrid schedule)

Vaco has partnered with a respected company in the education space to find a Finance Manager who will serve as a trusted advisor to their clients. Responsibilities include:

• Lead financial strategy and planning for clients, including budgeting, forecasting, and board reporting
• Guide clients through key decisions, audits, and compliance while delivering high-touch financial advisory
• Manage client communication, onboarding, and cross-functional collaboration across service lines
• Mentor junior staff and review deliverables to ensure accuracy and alignment with client needs
• Drive process improvements, tool development, and internal knowledge sharing to elevate service quality

Requirements:

• Education industry experience required
• BS in accounting or related field required

• the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
• licensure and certification requirements;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
