RainFire Restoration is looking for experienced flooring installers who know how to get the job done, and in a timely manner. The more efficient and organized, the more financial opportunity is available. Those who work with little supervision, work efficiently, and can think through a project will excel in this position. This position is for a 1099 sub contractor with their own insurance, tools, and vehicle. W2 employee may be considered with the right candidate. Projects generally include tile, LVP, hardwoods, and carpet installations communicate with office staff and homeowner. We provide professional office support so you can focus on what you do best. Qualifications: Tile installation - 2 years Carpet installation - 2 years Locking floor installation - 2 years Carpet installation Current Driver's License and clean driving record Excellent communication skills and well organized Pass background check Work legally in the United States Requirements: Work with project manager to coordinate job scope and completion Travel to job sites to assess and complete the job Determine proper materials and quantities for repair projects Evaluate requests, troubleshoot problems, and provide updates to the project manager Take photos & document the job progress on iPad Utilize apps to communicate with the team If 1099, liability insurance and own tools and vehicle required.
