Certified Group Fitness Trainer

compensation: starting $ 25 -35

employment type: part-time

The Camp Transformation Center Trainer provides effective fat-burning workouts to help members transform their lives physically and mentally. The Trainer also assists in providing a friendly, motivating and supportive environment along with a comprehensive educational program focusing on weight-loss and fat-loss. The trainer also provides exceptional customer service and focuses on building positive working relationships with members and staff. An effective trainer must be highly energetic, friendly, and motivating with an emphasis on client retention and service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create, set up and provide fat burning workouts that deliver results
• Demonstrate proper form and technique
• Implement circuit training workouts that are fun and effective and are conducive to The Camp curriculum
• Constantly motivate members and guests during, before, and after workouts
• Build positive relationships with clients, members & staff
• Assist in selling The Camp merchandise and supplements
• Post-professional company photos on social media
• Ensure a safe and secure workout location and environment
• Other duties as assigned

Certificates/Licenses:

Must have Certification in Fitness Instruction/Group Training/Personal Training from a Nationally Accredited Certification Program such as NASM, ACE, ISSA, etc., or be willing to obtain it shortly after hiring

Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience
Passion for health and fitness
Ability to train at all fitness levels
Strong customer service skills
Ability to build rapport with clients
Attention to detail

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
