The Homeland Security Planner series includes three levels: Planner II, Planner III, and Planner IV. Responsibilities vary slightly by level and depend on background and work experience. Responsibilities include: Assisting with procurement and tracking of CBRNE detection equipment for emergency response agencies. Planning and hosting CBRNE-related exercises and training. Tracking corrective actions and supporting implementation of regional CBRNE improvement plans. Assisting the CBRNE/PRND Program Manager with tracking program expenditures. Facilitating meetings with stakeholders, documenting action items and decisions. Drafting agendas, meeting materials, and summaries for committees and working groups.
