Join our dynamic team as an Associate Governmental Program Analyst supporting critical policy initiatives and strategic planning efforts. The Office of Homeland Security Policy plays an important role in strengthening California’s homeland security enterprise through strategic policy development, stakeholder coordination, and data-driven decision making.
The incumbent serves as a key analyst within the unit, coordinating with the Homeland Security Advisory Committee (HSAC) and supporting the development and implementation of the State Homeland Security Strategy. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on California's security posture through policy analysis, stakeholder engagement, and strategic planning.

This position is located at our Mather Campus and is eligible for a hybrid work schedule which includes up to two days of remote work per week. Additional in office days may be required based on the business need .
