\nSalary/ Pay rate: $11.00(1st shift) / $11.20 (2nd shift)/ $11.35 (3rd shift)
\n Trabajo Full Time. Se requiere disponibilidad completa (1st, 2nd and 3rd shift) Over time, weekends.

\n FUNCIONES ESENCIALES de la posición:\n

\n\t
• Trabajar bajo mínima supervisión operar máquinas de moldeo, medir, inspeccionar, empacar piezas moldeadas. \n

\n Requisitos: \n\n

\n\t
• Grado Asociado o grado técnico completado de Soldadura, ingeniería, mecánica, delineante, Tool & Die Maker.\n\t
• Preferiblemente experiencia en el proceso de moldeo por inyección o equivalente en posiciones técnicas como “Tool & Die Maker” o “Machinist”.\n\t
• Manejo básico en las máquinas de moldeo por inyección.\n\t
• Manejo básico en medición y destrezas en metrología\n\t
• Levantar de 1- 50 libras (ocasionalmente)\n\t
• Habilidades manuales (ensamblaje)\n\t
• Experiencia en documentación\n\t
• Conocimiento de las regulaciones de GMPS, FDA y OSHA\n\t
• Habilidad en matemática.\n\t
• Interpretar dibujos y planos.\n\t
• Trabajo Full Time. Se requiere disponibilidad completa (1st, 2nd and 3rd shift) Over time, weekends. \n

\n Responsabilidades: \n\n

\n\t
• Cumplir continuamente con los estándares requeridos por ISO, QSR y las políticas de EHS.\n\t
• Detener el proceso en la eventualidad que encuentre alguna condición que no cumpla con los requisitos del producto.\n\t
• Realizar tareas repetitivas manteniendo un alto estándar de calidad, procedimientos, equipos y herramientas.\n\t
• Realizar todas las operaciones requeridas en el área de moldeo de acuerdo a los procedimientos establecidos.\n\t
• Operar una o más máquinas de moldeo por inyección lo cual significa segregar, inspeccionar y empacar piezas moldeadas.\n\t
• Leer e interpretar planos y/o dibujos\n\t
• Remover piezas de la máquina de moldeo por inyección.\n\t
• Cumplir con las políticas y procedimientos de la compañía incluyendo GMP’s y prácticas de cambio de vestimenta.\n\t
• Mantener el área de trabajo limpia incluyendo la maquina de moldeo libre de runners y piezas.\n\t
• Medir piezas moldeadas y asegurarse que las piezas están de acuerdo a las dimensiones críticas del plano de la pieza.\n\t
• Mantener récord del mantenimiento de los moldes, así como un historial de cada uno.\n\t
• Limpiar los moldes.\n\t
• Empacar, inspeccionar e identificar de piezas moldeadora\n\t
• Verificar que la pieza cumpla con el plano de ingeniería y/o con las instrucciones de ensamblaje\n\t
• Poner en funcionamiento la maquina de moldeo, manejar la unidad de inyección y hacer el proceso de terminar la corrida de producción\n\t
• Poner en funcionamiento la máquina de moldeo, manejar la unidad de inyección y realizar el proceso de terminar la corrida de producción.\n\t
• Cumplir con los procedimientos de documentación.\n\t
• Realizar otras tareas relacionadas según sean asignadas.\n
