💼 What You’ll Do:
- Perform day-to-day tasks related to provisioning, monitoring, and decommissioning IT assets.
- Ensure all Configuration Items (CIs) meet regulatory and compliance standards.
- Investigate and resolve unauthorized changes to system baselines.
- Collect and analyze data to help track key configuration management metrics.
- Assist in change control reviews and impact assessments.
- Support the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) through audits and updates, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

✅ Nice-to-Have Experience:
- Familiarity with configuration management tools like Tripwire or White List Profiler.
- Exposure to regulatory frameworks like NERC CIP-010.
- Experience using ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or ChangeGear.
📚 Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED (required)
US Citizen with 7 years of addresses in the US - Must pass background check - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferred)
- Around 3 years of relevant professional or technical experience
