We're on the lookout for passionate, outgoing individuals to join our team as Junior Fundraising Associates . This is a unique opportunity to start a purpose-driven career while gaining hands-on experience in marketing, public engagement, and nonprofit advocacy .
What You'll Do as a Junior Fundraising Associate:Represent trusted nonprofit organizations at live fundraising events and outreach campaigns
Engage with the public, share powerful stories , and inspire individuals to become donors
Maintain accurate records of donor interactions and contributions
Collaborate with a supportive team to meet and exceed campaign goals
Assist with event setup, coordination, and on-site logistics
Attend regular training sessions and field coaching to sharpen your communication skills
Act as a compassionate advocate for causes that matter
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
A genuine passion for nonprofits, community work , or social causes
Comfortable initiating conversations in public settings
Friendly, professional, and team-oriented
Eager to learn and grow with a positive, can-do mindset
Available for flexible shifts , including some evenings and weekends
