Job Description Support the Court Order Compliance group in a high-volume environment, including data entry of legal processes into our workflow management system, answering high-volume calls, and distributing voicemail messages. Maintain confidentiality and attention to detail. Work independently, problem-solve issues, and utilize sound judgment. Communicate with law enforcement regarding life-threatening situations 24/7, authenticating callers and providing necessary customer records for high-priority emergent matters. Ensure all cases are accurately documented and managed end-to-end in compliance with applicable laws and company procedures. Develop understanding of basic legal concepts, terminology, principles, and procedures. Enter customer and account data from source documents within specified time limits, following policies and reporting needed changes. Compile, verify accuracy, and sort information to prepare data for computer entry. Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct incompatibilities, and check output. Resolve deficiencies using standard procedures or escalate to team lead/supervisor. Work independently with accuracy and attention to detail. Leverage customer service experience, proficient typing and transcription skills, and strong computer and technical skills. Organize and manage time effectively, demonstrating strong communication skills (written and verbal). Work collaboratively as part of a team and make sound decisions, escalating issues when necessary to achieve optimal outcomes. Ampcus is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
