Position Summary... Join our high-impact Digital Merchandising team and help shape the future of how members shop for online. As a Digital Merchandising Manager, you’ll play a key role in enhancing the digital experience, supporting product launches, and driving category growth through data-driven insights and creative execution. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical capabilities, and a proactive approach to enhancing online sales and member satisfaction. What you'll do... Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring curated assortments to life across our digital platforms. Use data and member feedback to identify opportunities for improving product content, discoverability, and conversion. Support the execution of online events and promotions, ensuring accuracy and excellence in digital presentation. Partner with suppliers to optimize product listings and ensure alignment with digital merchandising best practices. Contribute to strategic initiatives that improve content health, including ratings, reviews, and enriched product detail pages. Stay current on eCommerce trends and bring fresh ideas to enhance the member experience. What you'll bring... Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance metrics and translate them into actionable insights. A collaborative mindset and the ability to work cross-functionally with merchants, marketers, and suppliers. Attention to detail and a passion for delivering a seamless and engaging online shopping experience. Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Familiarity with digital merchandising tools, web analytics, or eCommerce platforms is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 2 years of experience in eCommerce, site merchandising, website management, or content management. Experience with web analytics tools and/or content management systems.
