GameDay Men's Health is hiring a Medical Assistant/Receptionist for its Hickory location. The position is ideal for someone interested in being a part of a pioneering health program for men. (

The Medical Assistant/Receptionist will be responsible for:

- Scheduling and confirming appointments for testosterone replacement evaluations, erectile dysfunction consults, follow up lab work, and other services via phone or text

- Fielding questions, orders, and membership updates from patients via phone or text

- Reaching out via text and phone to current and past patients and offering new and exciting specials

- Serving as the liaison between front desk and clinical staff

- Maintaining professionalism and treating patients with respect while creating a welcoming environment

- Injections (Testosterone, B12 and other vitamins)

- Checking patient vitals and recording in EMR

- Helping ensure all lab results are input into patient charts

- Assisting medical providers with patient care

- Assisting in lab operations when needed

- Maintaining accurate records in EMR and adhering to all HIPAA Protocols.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to multitask effectively

- Strong writing skills. Most patients text into our practice so you will be responsible for fielding these questions.

- Team player mentality and positive outlook! This position is ideal for someone who is a people person and enjoys seeing others change their life for the best!

- Experience in a related field, such as medspas, urology, family practice, lab, endocrinology, gynecology or general practice is preferred. No current or pending malpractice lawsuits
