Office Assistant - Two Shifts Available

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as Office Assistant. We have a part time position available with different shift schedules to choose from.

Available Shifts

Morning Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:45 AM - 1:00 PM

Afternoon Shift: Monday - Friday, 12:45 PM - 7:00 PM

Compensation: $16.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and count completed orders for accuracy
  • Prepare completed invoices and handle payments/payment documentation using online platform
  • Assist customers with order pickups and process in-person payments
  • Screen incoming phone calls and transfer calls to appropriate team members
  • Record information from incoming calls when Sales Manager is busy
  • Schedule order information on whiteboards according to management instruction
  • Support marketing department with material preparation and packing
  • Receive and record count of blank goods
  • Provide general administrative support when instructed by management
  • Maintain organized office environments and filing systems

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Strong penmanship skills/extremely clear and legible handwriting
  • Basic counting and memorization ability
  • Ability to be personable and honest with customers
  • Basic computer skills and professional phone manner
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in an office environment
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation
  • Previous office or administrative experience preferred but not required
