\n\n \n The Opportunity \n\nWe are seeking a passionate Onsite Recruiter / Talent Care Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle , while delivering an exceptional candidate and client experience.
\n\n \n What You’ll Do \n\nManage full life-cycle recruiting for a variety of positions across multiple levels and geographic markets.
\n\t\n\tAttract, source, and screen both passive prospects and active applicants using job boards, networking, and ATS (Avature).
\n\t\n\tCollaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
\n\t\n\tEnsure the assessment and selection process is consistent, fair, and equitable.
\n\t\n\tProvide an exceptional candidate experience while maintaining strong relationships with hiring leaders and HR partners.
\n\t\nMinimum of 2+ years of high-volume recruiting experience .
\n\t\n\tProficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and Microsoft Office Suite .
\n\t\n\tCustomer-focused approach with proven ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and HR partners.
\n\t\n\tStrong time management, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills.
\n\t\n\tResults-driven, resilient, and adaptable in changing scenarios.
\n\t\n\tExcellent communication and listening skills, both verbal and written.
\n\t\nSalary: $55,000 – $60,000 (based on experience)
\n\t\n\tIncentive plan for additional earnings
