We are partnering with a 40-year-old, successful land scaping and irrigation firm in need of a strong Operations Manager to help with their continued growth. This individual will be instrumental in creating the systems, leadership structure, and culture needed to support their growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of both Landscape Maintenance and Irrigation divisions
• Manage scheduling, crew supervision, quality control, and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure smooth project execution and client communication
• Maintain high standards of safety, productivity, and professionalism on all job sites
• Implement and uphold SOPs throughout both divisions
• Coordinate with internal teams on proposals, estimates, and project planning

Qualifications Needed:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in a relevant operations management role
• Bilingual (Spanish)
• Experience working with Business Management Software (Aspire s/w Preferred)
• Certified Landscape Technician (preferred)
• Licensed Irrigation Contractor (preferred)
• Certified in 3A (Ornamental) and / or 3B (Turf) (preferred)
• Demonstrated experience scaling team - proven ability to strategically grow and lead a team from 15 to 30+ members while maintaining high performance, culture, and operational efficiency.
• Experience working with organizations that emphasize SOPs and structured processes
