Through our partnership with Sarah Cannon, we are one of the largest clinical research organizations in the U.S. Responsibilities # Monitor and collect the financial responsibilities of patients. # Keep patients insurance benefits up to date in OncoEMR and Centricity, and review services for diagnosis and insurance coverage appropriateness. # Perform daily tasks of Managed Care and Patient Financial Navigation. Qualifications # High School Diploma or GED. # Experience in healthcare, preferably in a clinical setting or business office. # Excellent verbal and written communication skills. # Knowledge of medical terminology, managed care authorization, ICD10 codes, and collection processes. # Ability to calculate and collect patient responsibilities and insurance co-pays/coinsurance.
