The Head Plant Manager will oversee all aspects of plant operations, ensuring optimal performance of equipment, adherence to safety standards, and efficient workflow. This role requires a hands-on leader with deep technical expertise in industrial systems and a passion for team development and operational excellence.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
10-15 years proven experience in a plant or operations management role, preferably in industrial laundry or a similar environment.
• Lead a team of 2-3 people
• Strong technical background with hands-on experience in:
• Boiler systems • Air compressor pumps • Welding (MIG, TIG, or Stick) • Electrical troubleshooting and preventative maintenance
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
• Knowledge of OSHA and other relevant safety regulations.
• High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or degree in engineering or industrial maintenance preferred.
Compensation:
$70,000 to $85,000 per year annual salary.
