Job Description

Our client, a leading manufacturer in the coatings industry, is seeking a Powder Coat Painter to join their team. As a Powder Coat Painter, you will be part of the production department supporting quality assurance and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a commitment to safety which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Powder Coat Painter

Location: Holliston, MA

Pay Rate: $20 Hourly

Shift: Mon-Fri 7am-3pm

What's the Job?

• Operate powder coat guns in either manual or auto booth, adjusting settings for optimal coverage.
• Maintain cleanliness of auto and manual booths to ensure efficient color changes.
• Inspect and maintain powder and spray painting equipment daily to ensure proper functionality.
• Perform system maintenance including washers, ovens, booths, and conveyors.
• Follow health and safety requirements while wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

What's Needed?

• High school education or equivalent preferred.
• 1-2 years’ experience in a similar paint environment preferred.
• Ability to read paint schedules and understand the paint process.
• Experience using hand, air, and electric powered tools.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to maintaining a clean work area.
