The End Market Marketing & Content Lead plays a central role in developing and executing high-quality content strategies aligned with the company’s targeted end markets. This role partners closely with end market teams, marketing and technical PR and communications lead to create compelling content and messaging that supports campaigns, marketing content, and external communications. A blend of technical understanding and creative storytelling is essential for building engaging content, including blogs, messaging, social media and visual content assets that showcases the company’s end markets and expertise. Essential Responsibilities: Content Strategy & Creation: Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that is aligned to specific end markets that highlight the company’s expertise, educate customers and drives traffic to the website. Produce a wide range of content, including blog posts, social media promotions, case studies, explainer videos, and infographics tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences. Collaborate closely with product lines, marketing and technical PR teams to ensure content supports campaign priorities and consistency with product messaging and business objectives. Partner with global communications teams to ensure content and messaging is localized and promoted where appropriate. Create content that effectively positions the company as a thought leader in the industry while driving customer engagement and end market insight. Messaging & Writing: Translate technical product features into market-aligned messaging and narratives that demonstrate use cases and industry relevance. Create compelling thought leadership content focused on market trends and highlights customer wins and the company’s technology differentiators. Draft compelling blog posts that demonstrate the company's thought leadership in its industry, focusing on both high-level concepts and technical details. Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with technical PR and marketing teams to co-develop market-facing content assets, including customer testimonials, case studies and co-branded collateral. Collaborate with end market, technical PR and marketing teams to ensure content aligns with key product launches, campaigns, and business goals. Partner with executives and end market subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop thought leadership content, such as bylines, op-eds and blogs that support the company's product messaging and strategic objectives. Coordinate with technical PR and communications to ensure consistent messaging across earned and owned channels. Performance Tracking & Optimization: Monitor content performance across digital channels, including social media, corporate website, engagement metrics and content ROI. Report on content metrics to key stakeholders and adjust strategies as needed to optimize engagement. Other Responsibilities: Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, marketing, technical writing, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in content and technical writing, ideally in a technical or B2B environment. Proven experience creating technical content, including blogs, product documentation, and white papers, for highly complex products or industries. Strong understanding of SEO and content marketing best practices, with the ability to optimize content for both technical accuracy and user engagement. Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences, including both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience working with product teams, engineers, and senior leadership to develop and refine technical messaging and content. Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot). Familiarity with technical industries, such as technology, semiconductor, software, or engineering, is preferred. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with product marketing teams to align technical messaging with product launch strategies. Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies in the technical sector. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
