\n What’s a typical day as Production Supervisor? You’ll be:
\n• Supervising a team that produces high-quality manufactured products while organizing workflow to meet productivity requirements.
\n• Creating and maintaining strong working relationships with hourly team members, union representatives, and management.
\n• Communicating effectively with team members and business partners to foster a collaborative work environment.
\n
\n This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
\n• Have at least 1+ years of supervisory and/or manufacturing experience.
\n• Possess a High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor’s Degree preferred).
\n• Are able to work rotating shifts and weekends as required by the business.
