NOTE : ROAD Construction (Concrete, Asphalt, Earthwork, Underground Utilities) experience REQUIRED to be considered for this role. Essential Job Functions Provide management oversight for all phases of the construction project including coordinating employees, material and equipment; ensuring specifications are followed; client is communicated with and work is proceeding on schedule Supports Estimators and coordinates all aspects of contract process Compiling quantities for billing and working with field superintendents and foremen to gather field measurements and quantities Responsible for all Project related A/R functions, including but not limited to reviewing and reconciling monthly quantities, generating pay applications, and following up on payment status Responsible for cost control processes, including but not limited to the review and approval of all project-related expenses and labor, financial audits at project close-out, and continuously reviewing best practices to establish cost-saving procedures Submitting material data sheets and schedules to the client Attending pre-bid and pre-work meetings as required, reviewing, understanding, and communicating client provided blueprints, specifications and other contract documents Establishing project phasing and obtaining Traffic Control plans Ensuring all project permits and Locates are obtained Providing change order information to estimating department for pricing and communicating with client and company via phone, e-mail and other means as necessary Working with client representatives to confirm billing quantities, coordinating with subcontractors and vendors on all aspects of projects. Requirements Soft skill requirements Ability to meet all safety requirements while on a job site, wearing PPE including but not limited to hard hat, safety glasses and high visibility vest. Must be able to work as a team player with a diverse group of people. Strong communication and organizational skills Experience and education requirements Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS project or similar platform. Ability to use a smart device. Prior experience with project management is required. Must have a valid drivers license.
