Flexible Scheduling: Perform clinical work from home with flexible hours, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Virtual Meetings: Participate in virtual clinical team meetings, ensuring seamless collaboration. Collaborative Care: Work in a team-based environment, allowing for internal referrals and continuity of care between providers and therapists. Competitive Compensation: Up to $240/hour for clinical medication management, with reimbursement organized per code. Compensation per patient and per code billed. Supervision Opportunities: Option to supervise clinician-selected, evidence-based Nurse Practitioners at $500 per APN per month. No minimum clinical hours required; you can choose to focus solely on APRN supervisions. Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, and short-term disability insurance benefits for full-time clinicians. Malpractice insurance is covered for those interested in APRN supervisions. No Minimum Clinical Hours: Flexibility to work as much or as little as you prefer. Responsibilities: Provide clinical medication management with options for 30-minute or 20-minute follow-up appointments. Supervise clinician-selected, evidence-based Nurse Practitioners. Conduct clinical work from home with a flexible schedule tailored to your choosing. Engage in virtual clinical team meetings to discuss patient cases and clinical topics. Foster collaborative care between providers and therapists, ensuring seamless internal referrals and continuity of care. Job Requirements: Must have a clean and unrestricted medical license. Must demonstrate a positive, non-judgmental, and accepting attitude toward our patient population. Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and time management skills. Excellent patient-relation skills.
