We’re on the hunt for someone who’s reliable, personable, and cool under pressure — someone who loves cruising around the suburbs, camera in hand, capturing homes that deserve to shine. You’ll be bouncing from appointment to appointment, listening to music, meeting agents, shooting awesome content, and uploading it at the end of the day. That’s it. No editing. No client management. No sitting at a desk staring at a screen until midnight. If you're the kind of person who enjoys solo drives, cracking jokes with homeowners, and the satisfaction of getting “the shot,” this might be the most fun you've ever had with a camera (and yes, we pay you for it). What You’ll Be Doing: Drive to scheduled real estate appointments in the northwest suburbs Capture high-quality photos and/or video walkthroughs using our provided shot list Deliver a friendly, professional experience for agents, homeowners, and tenants Upload your raw media at the end of the day (don’t worry, no editing required) Communicate clearly and quickly if something goes wrong on-site (life happens) What You’ll Need: Strong customer service and communication skills (people will remember your vibe more than your camera) An iPhone 11 Pro or newer Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license A positive attitude and willingness to learn — no experience required , we’ll train the right person Willingness to obtain a FAA Part 107 Drone License (we’ll coach you through it) Strongly Preferred Equipment: We love people who come prepared. If you already have some gear, even better. Here’s what we’re looking for: Approved DSLR or Mirrorless Camera Approved Wide-Angle Lens (10–12mm for crop sensor, 17–18mm for full frame) Approved Gimbal (Missing some of this? No problem — we can help get you equipped.)
