Your Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with aspiring healthcare candidates using our innovative platform along with your personal network
- Initiate contact with potential candidates to create interest in MLR's available opportunities
- Coordinate meetings between potential candidates and our established recruiters for more comprehensive assessments
- Maintain engagement with candidates to foster their journey toward new roles
- Ensure accurate updates in our applicant tracking system
- Benefit from commissions on meetings set, interviews produced, and hires resulting from your outreach

Your Compensation
