PeopleShare is hiring Licensed Health Insurance Agents to assist customers during the 2026 ACA Open Enrollment season. This fully remote role is a great opportunity to put your active license to work, earn competitive pay and bonuses, and help individuals find the coverage they need.

Job Details for Remote Licensed Health Insurance Agent

• Location: Remote
• Pay: $20/hour + Bonuses
• Schedule: Full-Time | Open availability required 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM EST, Monday – Sunday
• Assignment: Seasonal | Runs October mid-December 2025
• Training: Paid | 100% attendance required
• Equipment: Bring Your Own Device (Windows/Mac, dual monitors, webcam, headset, wired internet)

Responsibilities for Remote Licensed Health Insurance Agent

• Handle inbound calls to assist customers with health insurance plan enrollment
• Guide callers through the application process
• Follow all compliance and regulatory standards
• Navigate multiple systems and tools while on calls

Requirements for Remote Licensed Health Insurance Agent

• Active Health Insurance License (resident license in one of the listed states)
• FFM/Marketplace Certified for 2026 (or willing to complete certification before start)
• Tech-savvy with the ability to multitask across platforms
• High school diploma or GED required
• Must have a distraction-free, professional remote setup
• Strong sales or call center background preferred
