We are looking for a Partner Attorney to join our law firm. We are ex AmLaw 100 attorneys that wanted to create our own firm. This position is quite flexible, and if you are an experienced attorney with a portable book of business, we'd love to chat with you!

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Transactional Partner Attorney to join our dynamic team on a full time, remote basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a broad range of transactional matters and providing high-quality legal advice to a diverse client base. Responsibilities
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of contracts, agreements, and other transactional documents.
  • Provide comprehensive legal advice and support to clients on a variety of transactional matters.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and partners to develop strategies and solutions for complex legal issues.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws and regulations related to transactional law, ensuring the organization's compliance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Lead and mentor junior attorneys, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Participate in business development activities, including networking and pitching for new business.
  • Manage and oversee all aspects of the transactional process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for clients.
  • Work closely with other departments within the organization to ensure the successful completion of transactions.
Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience as a transactional attorney, with a proven track record of success.
  • Must be licensed to practice law in the state of residence.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex legal concepts to non-legal personnel.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience leading and mentoring a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and provide practical legal advice.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in the use of legal research tools and software.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of business law and corporate transactions.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
  • High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
  • Experience working remotely is preferred.
